Great Toners - Sent Faulty Product And Wont Exchange

GTS or Great Toners (through Amazon) sent me a faulty Dell 3100 Drum Cartridge.I waited 4 weeks to get a hold of their technician, while I called them every other day...just to find out that it was indeed faulty.

Then they refused to send me a new one or give me credit because it was past the warranty deadline. I guess it makes sense to force someone to wait 4 weeks so that you don't have to reimburse them for a faulty product. Don't buy anything from them ever.

They also sell ink toner products that arrive with 75% less ink than ones you would buy from dell.Terrible Company.

Review about: Dell 3100 Drum Cartridge.

I agree with the prior comment. We purchased a toner from Great toners through Amazon.

We ordered this cartridge a few months before needing it. Once we did we found out that the toner would not function properly. Due to the length of time it took for us to use it we could not return it through Amazon which was reasonable. I contacted Great Toners and received an RMA number and shipping address for returning the item.

One month after sending the item via USPS we received it back saying the address was not correct and that the forwarding address had expired. At this point it is not pursuing any further as we are now out the price of the toner and shipping.
