GTS or Great Toners (through Amazon) sent me a faulty Dell 3100 Drum Cartridge.I waited 4 weeks to get a hold of their technician, while I called them every other day...just to find out that it was indeed faulty.
Then they refused to send me a new one or give me credit because it was past the warranty deadline. I guess it makes sense to force someone to wait 4 weeks so that you don't have to reimburse them for a faulty product. Don't buy anything from them ever.
They also sell ink toner products that arrive with 75% less ink than ones you would buy from dell.Terrible Company.
